The fine grating drum grates cheese, nuts, chocolate, hard rolls or carrots very finely. With the julienne drum you get fine sticks of cheese, celery, kohlrabi, beetroot or zucchini. The crown cutting drum effortlessly chops raw and cooked potatoes.
