How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received an email.

Can I change my order later?
A subsequent change may still be possible depending on the processing status of your order. Please send us an email with your request to info@my-jupiter.de

How can I cancel/revoke my order?
You can cancel your order by email, stating the order number. To do so, use the following email address: info@my-jupiter.de

Where can I enter a voucher code?
You can redeem a voucher code in the shopping cart before you select the shipping and payment method. To do this, enter the discount code in the field provided and press "apply". The amount or percentage will be deducted accordingly.

Can I extend the warranty of my product?
The warranty for your products is two years. If you send us your invoice within four weeks of purchase with a request for an extension, we will extend your warranty to five years free of charge.

I have a service request - who can I contact?

Please note that we do not accept returns of devices that have not been previously registered with our service.
