For decades, the universal mincer, which processes approx. 20 - 30 kg of meat into mince per hour, has been one of our absolute customer favorites. It also minces vegetables and potatoes or makes sorbets from frozen fruit.

Scope of delivery:

• Plastic mincer attachment with filler tray and tamper
• Perforated discs 4.5 mm stainless steel
• 4-blade stainless steel knife
• Housing and locking ring are dishwasher safe

Optional: additional perforated discs, steel knife 2-wing, grater attachment

Please note that there is neither a matching piping attachment nor a matching sausage stuffing tube for the plastic version!
