How do I see if my order was successful?

Can I change my order later?

How can I cancel/revoke my order?

Where can I enter a coupon code?
You can redeem a coupon code in the shopping cart before you select the shipping method and payment method. To do this, enter the discount code in the field provided and press "apply". The amount or percentage will be deducted accordingly.

Can I extend the warranty of my product?
The warranty for your product is two years. If you send us your invoice within 4 weeks of purchase, requesting an extension, we will extend your warranty to 5 years free of charge.
