Service and warranty

If after a few years of intensive use the performance is no longer at a full 100% or you unexpectedly have to make use of the guarantee, you have come to the right place! 

So that you can quickly put your device back into operation, please report service cases exclusively here: Jupiter Customer Service - LUBA GmbH. Please enclose the proof of purchase as proof of warranty and an explanation of the defect. In this way, delays in processing can be avoided.

! We do not accept returns of equipment that has not been previously registered with Jupiter Service !

Warranty

The warranty for your Jupiter device is 2 years.

However, if you provide us with a copy of your invoice within 4 weeks of purchase, with a request for an extension, we will extend your unit's warranty to 5 years at no charge.
