Why you should flake your own grain

No more preservatives with the Jupiter cereal squeezer!
Do you know how easy it is to make your own cereal flakes and why it's really worth it to crush the flakes for your muesli & co yourself?
It is not for nothing that our Jupiter cereal press has been around for some time!
In order to preserve industrially produced cereal flakes, they are treated with steam and heated to high temperatures. Unfortunately, this leads to important nutrients being lost and the fiber also losing quality. So store-bought oat flakes and the like are not as healthy as you might think!
The solution? Flake your own grains!
This is possible with our Jupiter flake press, which is available as a combination with the mySystem, but also as an attachment for KitchenAid, SMEG and KENWOOD. If you press your flakes yourself, the valuable nutrients and fiber are retained.
In addition, freshly crushed flakes often keep you fuller for longer than industrially produced ones, even if you eat the same amount! Another advantage? You can decide for yourself which grain you want to use to crush your flakes for your next muesli and create your favorite flake mix. Whether it's oats, buckwheat or spelt, choose the grain according to your taste.
It's worth squeezing yourself, give it a try!
