Recipe idea: Quick plum cake

Delicious crumble cake - cordless hand blender with whisk
Ingredients:
- 800g plums
- 150g flour
- 100g sugar
- 120g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
That's how it's done:
Wash the plums, remove the stones and halve them. Mix the remaining ingredients together using the whisk attachment on the hand blender. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Spread the dough in a round springform pan. Spread the plums on the dough.
For the crumbles:
- 100g flour
- 50g sugar
- 50g butter
Mix the ingredients together and sprinkle the crumbles over the plums.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
