Recipe idea: Red tomato pesto

Whether with pasta or on bread - pesto with the multi-chopper!
Ingredients:

100 g pine nuts,

200 g dried tomatoes in oil

160 ml oil (from the jar of dried tomatoes)

100g Parmesan
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
4 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons balsamic cream
-
1 pinch of sugar

Pepper, n. B. Salt
That's how it's done:
Roast the pine nuts in a pan. Put all the ingredients in the Jupiter multi-chopper and mix using the pulse function until the pesto has reached the desired consistency. Season with pepper and a little salt if necessary.
