Recipe idea: Pink Aioli

Eye-catcher at the barbecue party - quickly made with the cordless hand blender
Ingredients:
- 250 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Beetroot juice (from the glass)
That's how it's done:
Aioli works best when all the ingredients are at the same temperature, so remember to take the ingredients out of the fridge and bring them to room temperature beforehand.
Put all ingredients in a tall measuring cup. Start blending the ingredients at the bottom with the Jupiter cordless hand blender. Later, make slow movements up and down with the hand blender.
Once you have a nice mayonnaise, add some beetroot juice (depending on the desired color intensity) and mix everything well.
