Recipe idea: Chicory salad

Pears and goat cheese - quickly prepared with the hand grater!
Ingredients:
- 2 chicory
- 1 pear
- nuts
- Cheese of your choice
For the dressing:
- 100 g yoghurt
- 100 g crème fraiche
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt pepper
That's how it's done:
Roast the walnuts in a pan without fat , let them cool and chop roughly. Mix a vinaigrette with mustard, honey, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
Halve the chicory, remove the bitter stalk, wash the leaves and cut into strips. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and cut the pear into slices using the Jupiter hand grater. Mix the pear and chicory with the dressing and spread on plates. Crumble the cheese over the top. Finally, sprinkle the roasted walnuts on top.
