Recipe idea: Chicory salad

Pears and goat cheese - quickly prepared with a hand grater!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicory
- 1 pear
- nuts
- Cheese of your choice
For the dressing:
- 100g yogurt
- 100 g Crème Fraîche
- 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
Here's how:
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan , let them cool, and then roughly chop them. Whisk together the mustard, honey, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil to make a vinaigrette.
Halve the chicory, remove the bitter core, wash the leaves, and slice them into strips. Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core, and slice it using a Jupiter hand grater. Toss the pear and chicory with the dressing and divide between plates. Crumble the cheese over the top. Finally, sprinkle with the toasted walnuts.
