Recipe idea: beetroot carpaccio

Fresh, healthy and delicious - with the Jupiter disc grater!
Ingredients:
- a large, raw beetroot
- some rocket
- 50g goat cheese
- 20g walnuts
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
That's how it's done:
Wash the beetroot thoroughly and then grate it into thin slices using the Rasputin grater. Also grate the goat cheese using the grater.
If you don't have our Rasputin slicer, you can also prepare the carpaccio with the smooth blade of our handheld slicer.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix briefly with a hand blender. Then arrange the beetroot, rocket and goat's cheese on a plate and garnish with the dressing.
