"Aunt Babs, a friend of my mother, gave me the nut mill. I suspect it was in the late 70s, as I had just discovered baking as a teenager and nut cake is still the only cake I can bake really well.
At some point towards the end of the 80s, the desire for a grain mill arose. Researching the different grinders and variants was really time-consuming: reading brochures, having product descriptions sent to me, reading reports from Stiftung Warentest. With a small budget, I decided on this model, which still works perfectly today. I also like taking the mill apart and cleaning it. Now, as I get older - I am now 61 - it becomes more difficult to grind everything myself - I still work. Grinding the flour for pancakes - that's OK, but grinding flour and nuts for a cake or the flour for a whole loaf of bread...
So I need an electric mill. And after researching – now conveniently via the Internet – I repeatedly came across problems that ceramic grinders have with buckwheat, but my mill never had one, it was clear that I needed a steel grinder. And now I have a nice electric grain mill from Jupiter.
The buckwheat flour for the pancakes is now ground very quickly. I still have to try out whether the nuts can be ground just as easily and finely with the grater. And if it isn't fine enough, I can always order the finer grater." - Sabine N. from Hamburg

Noch ein Wort zum Kundendienst: der Kundendienst ist hervorragend. Rückmeldungen haben wir immer schnell erhalten und wenn mal etwas kaputt war wurde immer schnell und zeitnah ausgetauscht. Sogar auch in diesem Jahr aus reiner Kulanz. Mehr geht nicht. Wir können Jupiter nur bestens empfehlen.
