Which foods can I flake with the flake press?
Grains: oats, wheat, spelt, green spelt, rye, barley, buckwheat, millet, rice. Dried spices: coriander, caraway, fennel, anise, black pepper. Oilseeds: linseed.
Tip: Oats and linseed have a naturally higher fat content and therefore produce nicer flakes.

How can I disassemble the cereal press?
Take the flake crusher off the drive unit and remove the filling funnel. Loosen the screws and remove the housing. You can now pull out the knurled roller and remove the wedge. Reassembly is carried out in reverse order.

How can I clean the cereal press properly?
After some time or if the flake press is not used for a longer period of time, it is advisable to clean it thoroughly. Disassemble the flake press as described. You can clean the housing parts with a damp cloth. Clean the knurled roller and wedge with a dry brush or paintbrush.
Important: Do not immerse housing parts, knurling roller and wedge in water or clean them under running water.

The grain is not flowing – what can I do?
If the grain does not continue to flow, try to carefully remove the source of the problem. Be careful not to press down with a hard object (knife or spoon handle) or your finger.
