This grain mill offers highest performance for the demanding household. Thanks to extremely hard special stones made of corundum-ceramic with 100 mm Ø and a powerful 360 Watt industrial motor, the Novum clearly stands out from other grain mills. The ground material is protected due to low heating during grinding, which means that the important vital substances remain contained. The grinding capacity speaks for itself with 125g of fine flour per minute. Depending on how coarsely it is ground, it increases to approx. 3oo to 350 g per minute at the coarsest setting. The generous hopper capacity of 600 g means that even large quantities of grain can be ground in a flash.
