Recipe idea: Red tomato pesto
Whether with pasta or on bread - Pesto with the multi-shredder!
Ingredients:

100 g pine nuts,

200 g dried tomatoes in oil

160 ml oil (from the jar of dried tomatoes)

100 g parmesan

2 garlic cloves
-
4 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons balsamic cream

1 pinch sugar

Pepper, n. b. Salt
Here's how:
Roast the pine nuts in a pan. Add all ingredients to the Jupiter Multi Chopper and blend with the Pulse function until the pesto has reached the desired consistency. Season to taste with pepper and a little salt if necessary.
