
Recipe idea: Chicory salad

Pears and goat cheese - quickly prepared with the hand grater!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicory
- 1 pear
- Nuts
- Cheese of your choice
For the dressing:
- 100 g yoghurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 TBSP.
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
Here's how:
Roast the walnuts in a pan without fat , leave to cool and chop coarsely. Mix mustard, honey, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil to make a vinaigrette.
Halve the chicory, remove the bitter stalk, wash the leaves and cut into strips. Wash and quarter the pear, remove the core and slice the pear with the Jupiter hand grater. Mix the pear and chicory with the dressing and arrange on plates. Crumble the cheese over the top. Finally, sprinkle the roasted walnuts on top.
