Ingredients: 

  • 250 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Beet juice (from the jar)

Here's how:

Aioli works best when all ingredients are at the same temperature. So remember to take the ingredients out of the refrigerator beforehand and bring them to room temperature.

Place all ingredients in a tall measuring cup. With the Jupiter cordless hand blender at the base, begin to puree the ingredients. Later, make slow up and down motions with the stick blender.

When a nice mayonnaise is formed, add some beet juice (depending on the desired color intensity) and mix everything well.
