Universal mincer Jupiter_meat grinder

The Jupiter universal grinder attachment, whether for the KitchenAid, SMEG, Kenwood or the Jupiter system drive, is versatile. To help you find the right wheel for the desired result, we have compiled an overview in this article:

One basic rule in advance: the finer the result is to be, the smaller you should choose the bore of the disc.

1. perforated disc 2mm
This slice is ideal for delicacies such as chicken or vegetable pies, liver dumplings, spinach for the very young or fine sausage specialties.

2. perforated disc 3mm
The 3mm perforated disc is a real universal genius. Whether for pea or lentil soup, tartar, ketchup or meat loaf - this perforated disc is always the right choice.

3. perforated disc 4,5mm
This perforated disc makes short work of maties fillets and firm meat, as well as leeks or mushrooms. For this reason, it is well suited for common (sausage) fillings and minced meat.

4. perforated disc 6mm
With this perforated disc you get almost everything small. Therefore, it is ideal for food, which, chased through the grinder, still quickly find a use.

5. perforated disc 8mm
With this perforated disc you can also process firm or stringy meat. It is also very suitable for preparation, in order to grind the meat again with a smaller perforated disc.

6. perforated disc 8mm 4-sided
The 8mm 4-edge perforated disc, together with the 2-bladed steel knife, makes up the bacon slicing set, which finely dices bacon in the shortest possible time.

So that you always have this overview at hand, we have compiled a practical overview for you as a pdf.
