Recipe idea: Homemade wraps

Fresh and healthy: vegetables and cheese in no time small with our vegetable slicers!

Ingredients: 

  • 350g wheat flour 
  • 1TL baking powder
  • 1TL salt 
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 160ml warm water

For the topping: 

  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Baby spinach 
  • Avocado
  • Cheese of choice

You can use our Red Tomato Pesto as a base and top the wrap with the pink aioli. 

Here's how: 

Mix all ingredients for the wraps and knead into a dough. Form flat wraps with a rolling pin and then fry them on both sides in a pan. You can chop the vegetables and cheese with the Jupiter vegetable slicers in no time. 

Now you can top the wrap as you like and roll it up.
