Delicious crumble cake - cordless hand blender with whisk
Ingredients:
- 800g plums
- 150g flour
- 100g sugar
- 120g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Here's how:
Wash, pit and halve the plums. Mix the remaining ingredients together with the whisk attachment of the hand blender. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees convection. Spread the dough in a round springform pan. Spread the plums on the dough.
For the crumble:
- 100g flour
- 50g sugar
- 50g butter
Mix the ingredients and put the crumble on the plums.
Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
