Recipe idea: Beetroot carpaccio

Fresh, healthy and delicious - with the Jupiter disc grater! 

Beet carpaccio

 

Ingredients: 

  • one large raw beet
  • some arugula
  • 50g goat cheese
  • 20g walnuts

For the dressing: 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt

Here's how: 

Wash the beet thoroughly and then grate into fine slices using the Rasputin disc grater. Also grate the goat cheese with the disc grater.

If you do not have our Rasputin slicing grater, you can also prepare the carpaccio with the smooth knife of our hand-held slicer.

Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a container and mix briefly with a hand blender. Then arrange the beet, rocket and goat's cheese on a platter and garnish with the dressing.
