"The nut mill was given to me by Aunt Babs, a friend of my mother. I guess it was in the late 70s, I had just discovered baking as a teenager and nut cake is to this day the only cake that I can really bake well.
Sometime around the end of the 80s, the desire for a grain mill arose. At that time, researching the different grinders and variants was really time-consuming: Reading brochures, having product descriptions sent, reading Stiftung Warentest reports. With a small budget, I decided on this model, which still works flawlessly today. I also like being able to take the mill completely apart and clean it. Well, with increasing age, I am now also already 61 years, it becomes more tedious to grind everything myself - I am also still working. To grind the flour for the pancake - that still goes, but to grind flour and nuts for a cake or the flour for a whole loaf...
So there must be an electric mill. And after I have come in the research - now conveniently via the Internet - again and again to problems that have ceramic grinders with buckwheat, but my mill so far never, it was clear, it must get a steel grinder. And now I have a beautiful electric grain mill from Jupiter.
The buckwheat flour for the pancake is now ground very quickly. Whether the nuts can also be ground so easily and finely with the grater, I still have to try. And if it's not fine enough, I can always order the finer grater." - Sabine N. from Hamburg

A word about customer service: the customer service is excellent. We have always received feedback quickly and when something was broken it was always replaced quickly and promptly. Even this year as a gesture of goodwill. More is not possible. We can only highly recommend Jupiter.
