Hand-All purpose slicer:

When I cut bread, the set slice thickness adjusts - what can I do?
If you turn the hand universal slicer upside down, you will see a screw under the adjustment wheel. You can adjust it here and tighten the screw if necessary.

Can I also chop other foods with the hand food slicer?
You can also use our all-purpose slicers to slice smoked ham, hard cheese and sausage, as well as fruits and vegetables. There is an optional smooth blade for our newest model with solid wood top.

Poppy Mill:

How can I clean my poppy seed mill?
Remove the protective cap. Unscrew the set screw and remove the pressure spring, crank and washer. Now you can remove the worm from the housing. You can clean the parts of the poppy seed mill with a dry cloth or a small brush. The assembly takes place in reverse order.

Can I also crush other oil-containing seeds with the poppy seed mill?
You can also process other oil-containing seeds such as linseed with our poppy seed mill.

How can I clean my poppy seed and chia squeezer?
The best way to clean your poppy and chia squeezer is with a dry cloth or a small brush.

Can I also make sesame pureewith the poppy seed and chia crusher?
No. For the preparation of tahini and other mush, we recommend you use a multi-shredder or high-performance blender.
