Around the Thermomaster

What do I have to consider when operating the Thermomaster?
The On/Off switch is only for starting or interrupting the program. The power plug must be pulled out to switch the device on and off. Always set the time first, then the temperature and finally the speed.

What should I pay attention to when using the mixing paddle?
The mixing paddle should only be used at speeds 1-3 and is therefore only shown in the display at these speed levels.

What should I pay attention to when making doughs?
To prevent overloading the machine, you should not use more than 300g of flour + other ingredients for doughs.

What should I keep in mind when steam cooking with the Thermomaster?
If you only want to steam cook, it is best to heat the water for the pot in the kettle beforehand. Make sure that you put at least 1 liter of water, better 1.5 liters, into the pot. Due to the previous heating, you already have a certain "basic steam". Then set the appliance to approx. 30 minutes, 130° and level 3, depending on the food being cooked. If a sauce bound with flour is being prepared in the pot at the same time, please add the flour to the liquid only at the end.

What can I do if the lid is difficult to open and close?
If the lid is a little more difficult to open and close at first, you can oil the rubber seal with a little cooking oil.

How can I set temperatures above 37 degrees?
From level 4, only a temperature of 37 degrees is possible. This is regulated for safety reasons. If you want to set higher temperatures, this is only possible with speed levels 1-3.

Is it normal that my Thermomaster develops an odor in the beginning?
Initially, or due to heavy use, the motor may develop an odor as it heats up. This odor is absolutely harmless to health and does not represent a quality defect. The reason for this is that "carbons" are installed in electric motors and the motor is provided with a lubricant.

My device is overloaded and shows error message E3 - what can I do?
If the device is overloaded (error message E3), disconnect it from the power supply. After a cooling time of approx. 10-15 minutes, it is ready for use again.
