How do I assemble my Nutrimix? 

Place the container on the drive coupling of the drive unit from above. If you cannot push the container all the way down, turn it slightly to the left and right so that it engages in the drive coupling. Place the container cover and the sealing cap on the container. Lock the bayonet lock by turning it clockwise.

What is the difference between the dry and wet tank? 

The device can be operated with two different containers. For liquid foods, use the wet container with the 6-bladed knife. The dry container has a 2-bladed knife and is - as the name suggests - suitable for all dry ingredients. 

How do I measure the temperature in the tank?

You can use the tamper to push upward drifting pieces of food in the container back down and also measure the temperature in the container. To activate the temperature display, press the button briefly. The display switches off automatically after two minutes. 

How do I clean the Nutrimix correctly? 

Touch the water drop symbol and then the start button to start the cleaning program.
Unplug the power cord before cleaning the device. The components are NOT dishwasher-safe. Clean the components with lukewarm water and detergent only. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning. You can clean the drive unit and holder with a damp cloth.
