- The clamping lever is heat-resistant up to a temperature of 200°C. Many cake dreams can be realised with both cake rings. A permanent baking foil or baking paper serves as a base for baking in the cake rings. If the dough is very thin, we recommend dipping the ring a little into the dough and pre-baking it for approx. 5 minutes or wrapping it in baking paper.
